Welcome to VenomPro. These terms describe what you can expect from the service and what we expect from you while you use it. By signing up or using venompro.com or app.venompro.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Private beta
VenomPro is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only and is granted at our sole discretion. Features may change, become unavailable, or be removed without prior notice. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at akis.stark@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or to violate anyone's rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexualizes minors.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or to access another user's data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except under a pre-agreed responsible-disclosure arrangement.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the service to build a competing product without our written permission.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) on the public-facing pages beyond reasonable browsing.
4. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the service or to other users. Where possible we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond before suspending. Where the violation is serious or ongoing we may suspend immediately.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (tattoo scans, designs, placements, stencils, and related material). By uploading content you grant VenomPro a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content to you and your collaborators solely as needed to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your work and we do not use it to train any model.
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions to upload anything you upload. If you upload content depicting another person, you confirm you have their consent to do so.
6. VenomPro's intellectual property
The VenomPro name, brand, software, designs, and source code are the intellectual property of Akis Stark. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Service availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" during the private beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect existing users.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VenomPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or zero during the private beta.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or for personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via akis.stark@gmail.com. We will delete your account and the personal data associated with it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for security investigations. Sections 6, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you have mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your residence, those rights are not affected. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. We will notify active users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
